Close call for Rafa
Rafa Nadal narrowly avoided defeat yesterday against John Isner in the first round of the French Open. The 6"10 American who is remembered for his record breaking 11 hour match at Wimbledon last year almost turned over the world number one who recovered from two sets to one down to win 6-4 6-7 (2-7) 6-7 6-2 6-4. A loss for Nadal would of meant losing his No1 ranking to current win machine Novak Djokovic and would have been only the second time that the Spaniard has lost at Roland Garos.
