Definitions
'Personal Information' means the details provided by you to us;
'products' means any goods purchased under these conditions;
'site' means www.jameshusbands.com;
'we' ,'us' and 'our' means James Husbands Storyboards & Illustrations Limited; and
'you' and 'your' means the users of the site

Ordering
- Online customers must be aged 18 years or over. The products available on our site are available only to individuals.
- By purchasing on line from us you are entering a binding contract under English law and agreeing to our terms and conditions. The contract will only be completed when we dispatch the products to you or when we take any due payment from you
- Every effort is made to ensure accuracy of information on our site relating to products, availability and pricing. If a discrepancy relating to an order is discovered or an item ordered is out of stock you will be contacted within two business days. Any billing errors will be rectified within 30 days.
- Prices quoted on the site are inclusive of VAT on products where VAT is applicable.
- Import duties and taxes for shipments overseas are not included and shall be payable by the recipient of the products
- Packing for shipments overseas and postage charges are at an additional cost - please contact us for international delivery charge pricing.
- We will contact you by email within one working day to confirm receipt of your order.
- We retain the right to refuse to accept any order.
Payment
- Payment is required in full (including for any postage and packing costs) through PayPal, with funds cleared, prior to products being allocated to your order and dispatched.
As at the date of these conditions PayPal accepts the following cards:

- American Express
- Debit cards (also known as? bank cards) are accepted if they have a Visa or MasterCard logo.?
- Payment by PayPal will be subject to validation checks and authorisation and we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery caused by any failure of such checks or authorisation.
- Risk of damage in the products passes to you on delivery.

Delivery charges within UK are as follows:

- *Framed pieces which require glazing will be fitted with Acrylic Glazing - Crystal clear, scratch resistant, UV filtering and shatter proof - included as standard in all frames unless otherwise stated.
Our Quality Guarantee
- We stand behind the quality of the products we sell. All Limited Editions will come with a certificate of authenticity.
Returns
- Please contact us for returns authorisation within 7 working days after the date on which the product is delivered (If you are not completely satisfied with an item that you have purchased, we will be happy to honour your request for an exchange or refund within 7 days of the date of delivery).
- Any products you wish to return to us will be your responsibility and at your cost.
- Products must be returned to us in a reasonable period of time, complete and undamaged and in original packaging. Returned products should be sent to: 113 Clarence Rd, Wimbledon, SW19 8QB
- Damage/Discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Receipt of the goods is deemed to be when the courier receives a signature
- Please note that any special commission or product made to your specification is not refundable unless faulty. We are therefore unable to offer a refund or replacement on any correctly supplied product made to your specification. Our refund policy meets the requirements of consumer law for distance selling when products have been produced to your specifications.
- If you cancel your order in accordance with the above we will refund any sums paid by you in relation to your order within 30 days

- We need to collect certain Personal Information to provide you with the products. This Personal Information will form part of a record of your dealings with us.
- When you contact us, we may ask for certain Personal Information to be able to check your identity and we may make a note of this. We will keep Personal Information given to us by you or others during your relationship with us.

- You will have the opportunity to consent to us contacting you by e-mail, phone, SMS or MMS from time to time occasionally about products and services which we and carefully selected third parties believe may be of interest to you.

Please note that it may take up to 28 days for such changes to take effect.
- If you give us information about another person, you confirm they have given you permission to provide it to us and for us to be able to process their personal information. You must also confirm that you have told them who we are and the basis on which we will use their information.
Limitation of Liability
- We will not be liable under these conditions for any loss or damage caused by circumstances where:
- there is no breach of a legal duty of care owed to you by us;
- such loss or damage is not a reasonably foreseeable result of any such breach; or
- any loss or damage which results from the breach by you of any term of these conditions.
- Nothing in these conditions shall:
- exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our acts or omissions or those of our servants, agents or employees; or
- limit your rights as a consumer under applicable UK law.
- We shall not be liable where we are unable (using reasonable efforts) to provide any products ordered by you as a result of any event outside our reasonable control.
- Nobody but you and us can benefit from these Conditions under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
